Why are our Prices so good? Our prices are typically lower than US retail because we are based in the Cayman Islands and have low or zero customs duties and no sales tax to pass on to you.

Why can't I buy everything by email? A relatively small group of companies like Kirk Freeport is able to represent such a prestigious portfolio of suppliers because we have a reputation for acting in a professional manner towards our customers and our suppliers. We will respect our supplier's wishes especially where a supplier doesn't want us to sell using the internet or to ship products into countries where they have other authorised representation.

What about warranties? All products available from Kirk Freeport are covered by Manufacturer's International Warranty where applicable. A Watch, for instance, should be covered according to the included guarantee and may be serviced at any authorised representative for the brand.

I'm travelling on a Cruise Ship, does this change anything? We promote our stores and products on many cruise ships and subscribe to the after-sales service policies of those ships. Please see your cruise company's guarantee policy before bringing any post-sales matters to our attention.
