Mikimoto Contest

Terms & Conditions for the ‘Win a Mikimoto 18” Akoya Cultured Pearl Necklace’ contest being run through American Airlines Destination Cayman magazine in 2019.

• The competition is open to all Cayman visitors and residents aged 18 years and over. This competition is not open to employees of Kirk Freeport or Mikimoto, their agents, contractors, consultants, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition.
• The winner will be required to confirm via email their postal address for delivery of the prize. If we are unable to contact the winner, or they fail to confirm their address within 5 working days, we reserve the right to award the Prize to the next contactable runner-up.
• The competition will open at 10:00am on Saturday 1st December 2018 and closes at 10:00am on Saturday 28th September 2019.
• Only one entry per person will go into the prize draw. No purchase is necessary.
• The Prize is a Mikimoto 18” Akoya Cultured Pearl Necklace Strand worth $3,240.00. The Prize is not transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• The winner agrees to participate in any and all advertising, promotion or other commercial activities relating to the prize draw and consents and agrees that their photograph, image, likeness and voice may be used by Kirk Freeport in all related promotional activity without any rights of prior approval or inspection.
• Participants agree to give permission to Kirk Freeport and Mikimoto to use their email address to contact them with marketing and promotional information. Users can unsubscribe from these lists permanently, and addresses will not be provided to any other third party.
